HOW TO APPLY

A single application is good for several apartments. You can apply in person, on line, or by mail:

IN PERSON: Drop in, fill out an application and pay $20 for the application fee by check or money order. Cash is not accepted. A photo ID such as a driver's license or a passport,will be needed. You may Click here to download application.

ON LINE: Click here to download application, fill it out and email, or fax it to 509 332 6886 with a copy of your photo ID such as a driver's license or a passport; also pay $20 on line through Paylease.

BY MAIL: Click here to download application, fill it out, and mail it to Apartment Rentals (1325 NE Valley Road, #25, Pullman, WA 99163) along with a $20 check or money order for each applicant, and a copy of a photo ID such as a driver's license or a passport.

The application fee covers the cost of tenant screening, which is done by Transunion, an unrelated company. Applications are normally processed without delay and the results are communicated to the applicant right away. An application does not guarantee placement. • Rates are for the entire unit (apartment or house), not per person.
• Rates are subject to change without notice. Once you sign your lease, your rate does not change during the life of your lease.
• Security deposits for Pullman apartments: studio/one bedroom: $450; two-bedroom: $500; three-bedroom: $550; duplexes and houses: equal to one month's rent.
• Some pets are allowed by written permission. For each pet: $300 non-refundable and $10 -$15 per month. Some adjustments are possible on a case-by-case basis.
• There's an additional charge from $10-$20 for such items as laminate floor units, corner units, double occupancy and dishwasher.
• Renewing tenants are eligible for a discount.
• "Pending" indicates a leasing process has started but has not been completed.
