PAYING ON LINE

1. Go to Your Property Payment Connection (gozego.com).
   
   
2. Choose the "RENTER" option.
   
   
3. Locate the "Search for your Property" box on the right hand side of the screen. In the search box enter the management company address (for Pullman: 1325 NE Valley Rd; for Moscow: 1122 East 3rd St.).
   
   
4. Select your property on the results page.
   
   
5. If you are a current tenant, you may select your property on this page. If your property does not appear when searching, you may select the management company address (for Pullman: 1325 NE Valley Rd; for Moscow: 1122 East 3rd St.) as your primary address.
   
   
6. If you are an applicant, please select "CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT" and enter your personal information. Select the management company address (for Pullman: 1325 NE Valley Rd; for Moscow: 1122 East 3rd St.) again.
   
   
7. On the next page select "Make A Payment".
   
   
8. Enter your payment under the appropriate category and click "Continue".
   
   
9. Select your payment method and enter the required information. The fees charged by the site are as follows:
   
   If you pay from a bank account (ACH), Zego (Paylease) applies a $3.95 service fee.
   
   If you pay with any credit card or PayPal, Zego (Paylease) applies a $3.95 service fee, in addition to 3.5% of the amount charged.
   
   
10. Review and confirm your payment, and print your receipt.
    
    
11. Please email your receipt to Apartment Rentals for confirmation of payment.
