The living room/dining area space is huge; the large picture windows supply lots of needed natural light, and some good views.

The dining/kitchen area is cool. Just like in the living room, the kitchen has a large window; it has plenty of cabinets, a good size pantry and solid appliances.

Bedroom windows face south and catch the sun during the second part of the day. The sunlight of the first part of the day greets the living room and kitchen/dining areas, but not the bedrooms -- a neat, better-for-sleeping-in arrangement.
